Unauthorized Silencers On Royal Enfield | Legal Action RE

Hello Guys welcome back to the new blog post. In today’s blog post I like to share my honest opinion about high modification and Unauthorized/Illegal silencer which are fitted on Royal Enfield Bikes. I will suggest and request all the Royal Enfield owners Not to install Unauthorized Silencers on their Royal Enfield Bikes.

You might have come across with some many situations where you get irritated on the roads while riding on your bike in the public traffic.
Many owners of Royal Enfield has installed illegal silencers on their bikes which causes too much of sound while they are riding their bikes on the road.
It creates a huge disturbance to the common people and citizens who are living near to the main roads and state highways roads.
As a rider, I too like the exhaust sound of the bikes. Infact I too own a Royal Enfield Classic-350 till today I didn’t changed the silencer on my bike. I still use the stock exhaust/silencer on my bike.
I regularly take out my bike for daily commute purpose only and I don’t like to change the silencer on my bike.
I personally think that changing the silencer doesn’t make any sense for me because I don’t ride my bike much on highways rather than city roads.
To be more precise I ride my bike on city traffic places and it creates a lot of disturbance to other when I fit Unauthorized exhaust on my bike.

Recently, Tirupati police department had caught some many Royal Enfield bikes near to the Royal Enfield Showroom and exactly on the Royal Enfield service station.
The Tirupati SI has warned all the owners not to use illegal silencer on their Royal Enfield bikes. The police department of Tirupati nearly caught 50 bikes in 1 hour and all the 50 Royal Enfield bikes are fitted with Unauthorized silencer.
The bikes are completely modified extensively and causing too much sound pollution and air pollution in the public places.
The police department and the SI raised a question to the bike owners who sold these exhaust??? And where did you purchased these exhaust???
Surprisingly they replied that Royal Enfield Showroom selling after market exhaust in the showroom itself so we purchased the exhaust in the showroom itself. We are assuming that all the exhaust sold in Royal Enfield Showroom are completely Legal and we purchased it.
Finally the Tirupati SI given a strict warning to the “Royal Enfield Showroom” to stop selling after market exhaust completely.
Because many owners of Royal Enfield of Royal Enfield assumed that the exhaust sold in the showroom are completely legal and all the owners purchased the exhaust in the showroom.

I personally felt privilaged to share my honest opinion to overcome from this particular problem. Mainly Royal Enfield should completely stop selling after market exhaust in the showroom
Royal Enfield Service Center should not provide service to the bikes which has illgeal silencers fitted on the bikes.
Government Of India should collect high penalties for those people who rides the bikes with illegal silencers.
I personally feel Point Number 1,2 makes more sense and we can implement it practically. This is my complete opinion on “Unauthorized Silencer On Royal Enfield”.
